You will be emailed your drivers contact details as soon as a driver is assigned to your booking. Please contact them directly. If you cannot make contact or locate your driver please contact us immediately. You will incur a full “no show” charge if you leave the agreed pick up point and fail to make contact.
Yes, we have a lost and found service to help reunite passengers with their belongings. If you realise that you have left something behind in the taxi, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with the details of your trip. We will make every effort to locate your lost item and arrange for its return to you.
